Our Story
P4L Group's Origin Story
Our three partners had a 15 year relationship before establishing P4L group. Together our owners bring 80 years of commercial construction experience.
Corey and Jay met while working as the superintendent and project manager for a local company, completing their first project together in 2008. Greg entered the equation shortly after as a hired electrical subcontractor. The relationships grew on both the professional and personal levels over numerous successful projects, leading them to create P4L Group.

Corey began in the U.S. Army/Intelligence and entered the construction industry through a family business following his service. He worked his way into and up the GC/CM field as an assistant superintendent, superintendent, general superintendent, and now a partner who oversees the onsite activities.

Jay began as a student athlete at Eastern Michigan University and entered the construction industry following graduation in Construction Management. He worked his was into and up the GC/CM field as a project engineer, project manager, Sr. project manager, and now a partner who oversees the estimating and project management activities.

Greg began as a student athlete at the University of Iowa and entered into the construction industry following graduation in Graphic Design. He worked his way into and up the industry as a journeyman electrician, an electrical business owner, a developer, and now a partner who provides general business support and guidance along with an exceptional electrical company to P4L Group's work.
